Shannon, Vina – Peacefully on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at her home in Georgetown. Vi, in her 97th year. Loved wife of the late Patrick Shannon. Beloved mother of Robert and John, and preceded in death by her children Michael and Linda. Cherished grandmother of Amanda, Jeffrey, Christina, and great greanmother to Kyle. Vi is survived by her brothers Wilfred and Ronnie Warner, and by sister-in-law Dorothy Shannon. Remembered by son-in-law Boyce and his family. Special thanks to Jericho and staff of personal support workers. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, Ontario on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown. In memory contributions to Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (CASHH) are greatly appreciated.
