It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved family member, following a lengthy illness.
Robert is survived by his loving parents David and Faye Laird, his brothers Jim and Colin Laird, his special partner in life Diana Dowson, along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Rob’s zest for life and his commitment to friends and family will never be forgotten.
Rob enjoyed collecting vintage figurines, comics, and DVDs especially those related to Batman. Rob loved and cared for his cats, one of which lived for 20 years.
A Celebration of Life will be planned and announced for the coming spring.
