MENAKER, David – It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of David Menaker, on Friday December 20, 2024, at Mackenzie Health. He passed peacefully, surrounded by family, knowing he was loved. Cherished son of the late Freda and Manny Menaker.
Beloved husband of Ronnie Starr-Menaker and the late Elaine Menaker. Proud father and father- in-law of Lisa, Rena, Andrea and Kyle. Loving Zaidy of Samantha, Joshua, Chloe and Elayna. Dear brother of Doreen. Our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care David received from the Liver Transplant Team at University Health Network. Thank you to palliative care Drs. Blachowitz, Beausoleil, and Khemlin, and the supportive team on the Mackenzie Health Palliative Care Unit. The past 26 years would not have been possible without the selfless gift of an anonymous donor. Our entire family is forever grateful.
