With a heart of a warrior Misty lost her battle from cancer surrounded by her loving family at her side. Misty Chantel Sandy, beloved daughter of Mary and the late Moe Sandy. Loving mother of Matt (Autumn), Kelsey (Lenox), Charley (Erica), and Tyrus. Special nana to Colton, Mateo, Kahnor, Kaiah, Lahnee, Kaylee, Emerson, Peyton, Camilla, Macy, Rowan, and Taytum. Loving sister to Brandy & Les, Brandon, Michelle, and Don. Best Aunty to Bailey, Emily, Emmett, Mckayla, Dayton, Kirby, Keaten, Keafer, Pyper, Freddy, and Heidi. Special friend to Bob Hill. Misty will be deeply missed by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Misty cheered loud and proud for her Buffalo Bills, Blue Jays, her grandchildren, sports, and dance. Devoted Bingo pal with her mom. Misty had the bestest friends and shared their love and strength throughout her battle.
The tremendous care from PSW’s, Eugene, Camilla, Kim, Mary Grace, and Caroline was 100% and is truly appreciated by her family.
Resting at her home 2022 Cayuga Road on Sunday November 24th after 6pm. Funeral service will be held at Onondaga Longhouse on Tuesday November 26, 2024 at 1 pm. Arrangements by Styres Funeral Home, Ohsweken. www.rhbanderson.com
