Passed away peacefully at the Country Village Nursing Home with family by his side on March 7, 2023 at 90 years of age. Dear husband of the late Elsie Davison (2003). Loving father of Dwight Davison (Pat), Char Davison, Gord Davison (Tracey), and Norm Davison (Steve). He will be sadly missed by his Daughter-in-law Renee. Treasured Grandpa of Cassie, Brandon, Shenna, Shawna, Samantha, Jordan, Shelby, Tatum, Alex, Vicki and Brent. Great grandpa of 7 great grandchildren. Brother of Carl Davison (Peggy), late Hazel Brush (late Randy), Bernice Hillier (Ken), and the late Marilyn Hanson (late Don). Brother-in-law of Wayne Ferguson (Janet) and Lloyd Ferguson (Betty).
LeRoy faithfully attended the Church of the Living Word in Woodslee. He retired from the Department of Canada Agriculture as a Field Technician. Family was of the upmost importance to him and always enjoyed getting together with them. He loved playing cards and a great game of Scrabble.
Visitation will be held at the Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd. (519-776-7378) 128 Talbot St. North, Es on Thursday, March 9, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will take place at the Church of the Living Word in Woodslee (1697 SOUTH MIDDLE, WOODSLEE) on Friday 11 a.m. Visiting begins at the church at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or to the Church of the Living Word. Donations for the Church can be made at the funeral home by cheque.
