It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carol Gordon (nee Delich), a beloved mother, cherished friend, and family member. Carol passed away on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024 at the age of 63, surrounded by her loved ones.
Carol was the beloved mother of Banner Gordon and Braelee Gordon. She was predeceased by her mother Gail Delich (nee Graham), father Mike Delich, and brothers Mitch and Danny Delich. She will also be greatly missed by her nephew Ryan Delich, her cousins, Sandra Gubbels (Rob), Tracy Potvin (Gerry), and Karen Sutherland (Gord), as well as by numerous relatives and long-time friends.
Carol was born on September 6th, 1961, and spent her life bringing joy, warmth, and laughter to those fortunate enough to know her. She leaves behind a family that will forever cherish her guidance and the precious moments they shared.
One of Carol’s greatest joys was spending time at the cottage at Opishing Lake with all her family and friends. Surrounded by the forest and gentle sounds of the water, she found peace being there. The cottage was her sanctuary where she spent every summer.
