The passing of Barbara Elizabeth Houle, of Fredericton , NB , occurred at her home on October 31, 2024. Born on May 27, 1961, in Fredericton , she was the daughter of the late Catherine (Soucie) and Robert Sullivan.
Barbara is survived by her children, Alicia Sullivan-Houle (Matthew Brooks), Ashley Sullivan-Houle, and Kit Houle. She is also remembered by her sisters, Karen Eddy and Margaret Sullivan, and her brother, Daniel Sullivan. In addition to her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her sister, Rose Sullivan.
Barbara had a passion for True Crime, and war documentaries. She also had a fascination with the history of the Titanic and it’s lore. She also loved to sit in the sun with good company, and loud rock music playing, she is loved and will be dearly missed by her friends and family who she shared her life with.
A private family interment will be held at St. Anthony’s Cemetery on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences can be shared at www.yorkfh.com.
