It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom and grandma on October 24, 2024.
Carol was born in Calgary and adopted by Ella and Gordon Jackson.
Carol lived in many places over the years, Calgary, Innisfail, Claresholm, Vancouver, and Canmore.
Carol loved spending time with family and friends. Carol enjoyed the Calgary Stampede, especially the marching band. Over the years she had many hobbies, oil painting, reading, crosswords, camping, photography, gardening, scrapbooking, card making and of course she loved shopping.
Carol was predeceased by her husband Garry, parents Gordon and Ella and brother Ron.
Carol is survived by her daughter Tracy (Mark), son Sean (Tracy); grandchildren Jamie, Michelle and Maia; several nieces and a nephew.
Thank you to the staff at the Bow River Lodge in Canmore and Bethany Riverview in Calgary for all their care and patience with mom.
She will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
