It is with great sadness that the family announces her passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Friday, October 25, 2024 at the age of 57 years. Dear sister of Linda Coupal (Danny), Gates Briand (Tammy) and Mitch Briand (Jennifer). Also left to mourn are many nieces and nephews and her cherished companion Lucien Côte. She will be sadly missed by her fur baby Shadow. Darlene is predeceased by her father Arnold Coupal (1968), her stepfather Raymond Briand (2011), her mother Jeannine Briand (2023) and her brother Paul Coupal (2019).
Visitation will be held from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm on Friday, November 1, 2024 at the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm from the funeral home chapel on Friday, November 1, 2024. Remembrance donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted to the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins, ON.
