Brian James McGeachie Obituary
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Brian McGeachie on October 24, 2024 at Kingston General Hospital. Brian is survived by his wife Susan, his children Jesse (Alison) and Chelsea (Mike), his grandchildren Benjamin, Emma, and Paige, his sister Marg (Tom) as well as his nieces, nephews and their children.
To know Brian was to love him. Brian was deeply loyal in all aspects of his life. From his 46 years of marriage, his 40 years working at Alcan, his decades long friendships to never missing his annual men’s golf trip to Malone, Brian was always someone you could count on. He brought joy, humour and forged friendships everywhere he went.
In his retirement he enjoyed his trips to Myrtle Beach with Susan, his regular golf games at Amherstview, and spending lots of quality time with his family and friends in his backyard or theirs. He will be deeply missed but will bring smiles to faces for years to come as we remember all the good times we had.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
