Obituary of Lynda Ford
FORD, Lynda suddenly at her residence on Thursday, October 24, 2024. Lynda Ford of Owen Sound and formerly of Dyers Bay in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late John Bentz. Cherished mother of Shelley Bentz (Bill Mervyn) and Debbie Bentz (Shane Bolton). Much loved nans of Madison, Rhys, Nathan, Gabriella, Asha, Mai and Madyo. Predeceased by her parents Hazel (nee Filman) and George Ford.
Lynnie’s heart was always in Dyers Bay and was a dear member of the community always with a helping hand, kindness and support. She was a beautiful soul who will be forever loved. Lynda was a teacher and a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. She was also a gradute of Sheridan College of Arts and Technology.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Private family arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton. Expressions of remembrance to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefuneralhome.com
