It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Neil Richardson at the age of 73 years. Neil was born in Regina to Gerry and Florence. He attended the University of Saskatchewan where he met his future wife, Marjorie. After marrying in 1973, they settled in Saskatoon, where Neil devoted himself to his family and community, and worked for Saskatchewan Highways and Transportation for 42 years. Neil will live forever in the hearts of his family. He is survived by his wife, of 51 years, Marjorie; sons, Jeff (Catherine) and Kevin (Aimee); grandchildren, Gabriel and Tori; brother, Ross (Karen); nephew, Graham; and niece, Christine (Mac).
A Celebration of Life Memorial Reception for Neil will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at W.A. Edwards Family Centre, 333 – 4th Avenue North, Saskatoon. Parking is available across the street at Saskatoon Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or a charity of choice.
