Georgina Yarema
With heavy hearts the family of Georgina Yarema, sadly announce her passing on October 14, 2024 at Hogarth Riverview Manor, at the age of 89.
She married Walter Yarema in 1955 and welcomed 2 daughters Cheryl and Shelley. Four Grandsons followed and she was extremely proud of
all of them, her family was everything to her. She was so excited for the birth of her first great grandchild due in February.
Mum is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law Cheryl and Peter Duda, and Shelley and Randy Taber.
Her four precious grandsons Matt (Alyssa) Duda, Scott Duda, Jordan Taber, and Marcus (Larissa) Taber. Mum was predeceased by her husband
Walter in 1999, her only sister Iona, and numerous in-laws and friends.
As per mum’s wishes there will be no service, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at a later date.
A heartfelt thank you to the staff of 7 South at Hogarth Riverview Manor.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
