Obituary of Louise Rose McCarthy
Passed away at the age of 91, surrounded by her loving family on October 9, 2024. Cherished mother to Sharon. Dear grandmother of Justin (Natalie) and Jocelyn (Wes), and GiGi of Jonathan, Nicholas, Christopher; Danika, Payton and Tayva. Reunited with her parents Hector and Margaret Samson, and siblings Pete, Clarence, Lawrence, Frankie, Eva, Marie, and Eileen. Aunt Louise will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Louise enjoyed playing Bingo, cards, word searches and dining at Red Lobster was her ultimate treat. Above all, family meant the world to her, especially having them over for dinner.
The family would like to thank the amazing staff of Aspen Lake for all their dedicated care and compassion shown to Louise during her stay. A special thank you to the WRH – Met Campus Staff for their giving and supportive care.
Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME – BANWELL CHAPEL, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235) on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 1 pm – until 4:00 pm. Funeral Service will take place at 3:00 pm in the Chapel. Cremation to follow.
