PROCTER, Ronald – It is with great sadness the we announce the passing of Ronald Procter at the Welland Hospital on February 27, 2023 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Donna (nee Smith). Proud and loving father of Tom Procter, Sherry Procter and Tracey Chasse (Aurelio). Adored and loving Papa to Kelsie and Jenna Chasse. Dear brother of Penny Morningstar (John) and brother-in-law to Ruth Procter and Joyce and Ralph Cocks. Loving uncle and friend to many. Predeceased by his parents George and May Procter, brother Raymond Procter and sisters Doreen Steele, Rosemary Beaulieu and Jane Procter. Ron was a plumber by trade and retired after 30 years as an inspector for the City of Welland. He was truly the centre of his family and will be immensely missed. Ron was a member of Be in Christ Church. He is at peace with his Lord and Saviour. The family will receive their friends at the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. followed by a service at 1:30 p.m. If Ronald’s memory, in lieu of flowers show love and be kind to someone.
