The family announces with great sorrow her passing on Monday, September 9, 2024 at the Golden Manor at the age of 68. Dear mother of Robert (Monique), Pamela (Johnny), Kelly Ann, Catherine, Sandra, Amanda, Ramona, and Samantha. Cherished grandmother of many grandchildren. Loving Auntie-Mama to Angela (Maurizio) and Steve (Julie).
She will be greatly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and friends.
She is predeceased by her parents Stanley and Beatrice Naveau, her partners, her daughter Natalie Chookomoolin and by her siblings Edmund, Cecile, her twin brother Richard, Charlotte, Wallace and Doreen.
The family will receive friends on Thursday September 12, 2024 beginning at 3pm in the Mattagami First Nation Full Gospel Church. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024 11 a.m. in the Mattagami First Nation Full Gospel Church, followed by the interment at the Mattagami First Nation Cemetery and a traditional feast. Remembrance donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
