The family announces with great sorrow her passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at the age of 59 years. Beloved wife of Roger Sicard. Cherished mother of Francine Osborne (Doug) and Rachelle Madden (Mark). Proud grandmother of Kyle, Keegan, Sophie (Kyle), Alexa (Cody) Kory and Kurt. Great grandmother of James-Douglas “JD”. Dear sister of Jeanne Belanger (Richard), Pierrette Campsall (late Clarence) and Nicole Champion (Arthur). Claudette will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is predeceased by her parents Gerard and Albina Caron and her siblings Arthur Caron, Roger Caron and Alice Brown.
Claudette had a passion for crocheting, she loved baking and cooking for her family and had a knack for gardening. Above all, she loved her grandkids and great grandson very much.
Visitation will take place on Monday, August 19, 2024 from 12 pm to 2 pm. Cremation will follow. In her honour, remembrance donations to the Lung Cancer Canada foundation would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S, Timmins, Ontario.
