It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Ruby Russell. She was a loving, devoted mother and our precious “Nanny Ruby” as her great grandchildren called her. She was cherished by many extended family and friends. Her faith in God was a pillar of strength for her family, friends and church families. She leaves behind a solid foundation of faith for her family to stand on, and love to cover them until we meet again.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, L.T. Stick Drive, Bay Roberts, on Sunday: 2-5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M., Monday: 2-5 and 7-9 P.M. and Tuesday: 10:30 A.M.– 11:30 A.M. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her loving memory to Navaeh’s Angel Foundation.
The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 2 P.M. from Clarkes Beach United Church & Cemetery.
