Loving husband of his late wife Joan Ellen Kennedy. Sept 8th, 1938 – Dec 1st, 1996 due to cancer whom he spent 38 years with from 1958-1996. Late son of Bill and Myrtle Lambier. Cherished father of Bill (Jo-Anne), Ken (Sandy), Barb (Jody). Loving grandfather of 13 grandchildren, late grandson Dan (2011) and 13 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Wanda, Betty, late Mary (2007), late Don (1998). Special thank you to my children and their families for making life continue without Joan. Till we meet again. Thank you all, Dad. Cecil was an avid Nascar fan and yard sale enthusiast. Cecil cherished his family, his pets and would go out of his way to help anyone who needed it. Visiting will be held on Wednesday July 24, 2024 from 2:00-4:00p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Kennedy Funeral Home. A funeral service to celebrate Cecil’s life will be held on Thursday July 25, 2024 at 11:00a.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Diabetes Canada. Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd.
