Obituary of Nancy Parisien
Nancy Parisien, beloved daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away unexpectedly on July 12, 2024, due to complications following a short hospital stay. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
Nancy was a remarkable woman known for her intelligence, exceptional baking skills, and vibrant personality. A proud graduate of RB Russell School with a Baking Certificate, she had a remarkable talent for creating heavenly treats. Her culinary talents were showcased in her small restaurant, and her friendly demeanor was evident during her years working at Domo and Esso. Her warmth, boisterous character, and sense of humor endeared her to everyone she met, turning friends into family.
Nancy leaves behind her loving mother, Irene, and stepfather, Art Daigneault. She is survived by her children, Rose and Toby Parisien; her sister, Abby Burley; and her brother, Ozias Parisien. She was a devoted grandmother to Lucas and his wife, Chelsea, and to her granddaughter, Cadie Parisien. Her legacy also continues through her great-grandchildren: Hudson, Ledger, and a soon-to-be baby girl, who will never have the opportunity to meet the extraordinary woman who always excelled in every game she played, whether online or while playing cards around the kitchen table.
We find comfort in knowing that Nancy is likely enjoying a game of crib with grandpa and savoring grandma’s raisin pie in heaven.
Nancy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, dear Nancy, until we are reunited again.
