Dennis Steven Horbas
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Dennis Steven Horbas on July 2, 2024, at his home with his dog Sonny by his side.
Born in Winnipeg and raised in West Kildonan, Dennis just had his 70* birthday on June 11. Dennis worked various jobs. He started with Balcaen & Son’s Ltd after finishing school. Then went on to work at Progressive Manufacturing, ABLE Concrete Ltd and then with Sasco Ltd up until his passing.
Dennis was a jack of all trades. He could fix, make or take apart almost anything. He would make it work somehow.
Predeceased by his mother Helen, father Adolph and brother Terry. Left to mourn are his 3 sisters, Shirley, Pat, Linda and their families.
A Memorial service will be held at Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, MB on Saturday, July 27th at 11:00 a.m.
