Gregory Randall Moore, 81, originally of Sand Beach, Nova Scotia passed away on November 23rd, 2023 in Brockville, Ontario. He was born on July 17th, 1942 to Willard Moore and Evelyn Moore (nee McGray) in Yarmouth County. In 1972, he moved for work to Ontario with his family. One of Greg’s greatest joys was visiting his childhood hometown of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia where he could reconnect with his youth, the ocean air, his friends and family. Greg is survived by his wife, Sheila; his children and their spouses, Melanie and Russ, Chris and Alex, and Andrew and Kristina; his grandchildren Paige, Ian, Quinn, Zoe, and Émilie and his siblings, Jacqueline Stewart and Richard Moore, as well as his many nieces and nephews and their children. Greg’s funeral service was held in Brockville, Ontario on December 2, 2023. Interment will take place at 2:30pm on July 20, 2024 at Chebogue Cemetery, Town Point, Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Family and friends are invited to attend graveside. Pastor Keith Moore will be delivering the commital service.
