Peacefully, with his family by his side at St. Vincent Hospital, Ottawa on Sunday, July 7, 2024. Adrian Crone, in his 82nd year, beloved husband of Marilyn for 54 years. Loving father to Stephanie (Mike) of Ottawa. Special Grandpa to Jonathan, Brianna and Mikayla. Son of the late William and Dulcie Crone. Dear brother of Jacqueline Luke of Port Dover, Yvonna Armstrong (David) of Lombardi, Ontario. Dear brother-in-law of Richard Hayes and Lynda Mackay. Special uncle to Colleen, Christopher, Michael, Jamie, Matthew and Melanie.
Adrian will be fondly remembered for his own unique version of the English language, which brought a smile to everyone’s face. He had a tremendous love and knowledge of history, particularly military history and a passion for racing.
At Adrian’s request a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Donations to Bruyère Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
