It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Salvatrice on June 17, 2024 at St. Peter’s Hospital at the age of 87. Loving sister of Teresa Barbieri. Predeceased by her parents Santo and Giuseppina Barbieri, brother Calogero and sister Rosaria. Loving aunt of Giuseppe (Lucy) Scibetta, the late Lina Melfe, Santo Barbieri, Rita Barbieri, Josie Barbieri, Alberto Barbieri, Sam Scibetta and Rosaria Scibetta-Cosoleto. Salvatrice will be deeply missed by her best friend Nancy Sacchetti.
Salvatrice was a very caring person. She was often found helping at All Souls Parish with the Festival Maria SS Del Monte for over 25 years. She was a great support to all her family and will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton St. E) on Thursday June 20, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-9 pm. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of All Souls Parish (21 Barton St. W) on Friday June 21, 2024 at 10 am with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Burlington.
