Suddenly at her residence, Sharon Ann Jones passed away at the age of 80 years. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Richard (2022). Proud mother of Nick Phillips (Carolyn), Brian Jones (Vanessa) Wendy Newman (Jason) and Stephen Jones (Jackie). Cherished grandmother of Laura (Justin), Matthew (Slava), Karissa (Tyler), Annabell (Michael), Brittany (Matt), Brooklyne, Tove, Jayden and many great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Carol Farley and family, Sister-in-law of Meg Hammersley (David) and family of England. Predeceased by her parents, Harold and Dorothy Freshman nee (Stuart) and grandson Johnny.
A heart felt Thank You to Detective Megan Bedini and the OPP, Tillsonburg Fire Department and Paramedics who all worked tirelessly throughout the night. A special Thank you to Don and Marilyn of Tillsonburg for everything you do.

In keeping with Sharon’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date. Memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated by the Jones Family and can be done directly with the charity or by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited who have been entrusted with arrangements.
