Peacefully and surrounded by family at London Health Sciences Centre Victoria Hospital, Alberta Claudine (Elm) Day, died in her 83rd year.
Predeceased by her husband, Alfred Day; her mother, Doreen Powless Hutchens; her father, Leslie Elm I; her brother, Leslie Elm II; and her nephew, Leslie Elm III.
Claudine is survived by her sister-in-law of 66 years, Olive Elm; nieces and nephews, Tracy (James) Antone of Oneida, Joanne (Terry) Wright of London, Terry (Andrea) Elm of Milton Florida, and Rosalyn Elm of London; adopted nieces, Hana and Lillian Scorrar; and Goddaughter, Rosalyn Cote of Brantford.
Great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews: Marc (Marissa) with Kreed and Tia; Brandon (Michelle) with Alec, Madison, Ella, Emie, and Presley; Ryan (Trish); Melissa Mills with Autumn; Justin (Dawn); Jordan with Skylar, Keegan, and Harmony Mills; Christopher (Christine) with Josephine Moore; Aaron (Liz) with Sterling and Sequoia; Joseph (Miranda) with Talon, Taryn, Samiah, and Alexandra; Mary (Nathan) with Mackenzie; Sky (Michael) with Anaya and Normal.
Claudine is remembered especially by her buddies, Perry Noqueira, and special fur baby, Carmelita.
In care of Elliott-Madill Funeral Home of Mount Brydges, the funeral will be held at Zion Anglican Church Oneida at 11am on Thursday, June 13th 2024. Officiants: Rev. Hana Scorrar, Rev. John Paul Markides, Reverend Deacon Leah Arvidsson, and Maggie Wiegers.
