Tammy passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Loving companion and best friend of Dave Wichell. Dear mother of Jasmine. Cherished daughter of Ivan Hill. Pre-deceased by her mother Valerie (nee Shaver). Tammy will be sadly missed by her brothers Joseph (Lori) Hill and Kenneth Hill. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place with Milestone Cremation Services, Napanee.
Burial of the urn will take place at Christ Church Cemetery at a later date to be announced. Online memories and condolences can be shared with the family at www.milestonecremation.ca.
