Lawrence enjoyed the great outdoors and was adventurous. He once did a cliff jump from Indian Head Mountain. He enjoyed bike rides, hiking and canoeing with family. Boat rides to Killarney were a favourite pastime. He was a great helper to his family and enjoyed playing with his nieces. Lawrence had a great sense of humour and a beautiful, warm smile. Music was a great passion of his. In his younger years, Lawrence played hockey and would join his dear Gokomis, Dorothy-ba, on the pow wow trail.
