Dennis Leslie Holcombe, of Dorchester, passed away peacefully May 17, 2024 at Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario with family by his side. He was born in Chatham, Ontario on August 19, 1959. Survived by son Casey Holcombe of Wallaceburg, and brother Don Holcombe (Sherry) of Thamesville and also survived by niece Heather Holcombe of London.
Pre-deceased by parents, Albert “Ted” Holcombe (1990) and Mable Holcombe (nee Millyard, 2013). Sister Cheryle Christian (2015) and brother-in-law Alan Christian (2012). Dennis worked many years as a mechanic in Toronto and London Ontario. The last 22 years he spent working at Verspeeten Cartage in Ingersoll.
As per Dennis’ request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that you give a donation to Verspeeten Family Cancer Centre at the London Health Science Centre.
