It is with deep sadness that we anounce the passing of our son Shawn Dalbert Kannatase Phillips on May 1st, 2024 at the age of 52.
Shawn will be greatly missed by all our family and friends, espically by his loving parents Debbie Louise Jacobs and Dalbert Phillips, his sister Sherry (Ash), his nephews Hank and Kerry, his partney Shawn, many aunties and uncles, nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

To the intesive care unit at the CHUM hopistal Montreal, all the surgeons and nurses specialist. He was also transported from Anna-Laberge hospital where he had his first surgery.
No viewing.
He will be cremated, then returned home.
