Ronald Glen Storms Obituary
Ronald Glen Storms passed away unexpectedly on April 30, 2024 at the age of 62. We were not expecting for Ron’s life to be cut so short so soon. We are all devastated by his loss and he will be forever missed. He had a heart of gold, a big smile for everyone he met and was always wanting to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Ron loved nature and being out on the water. He challenged himself to return to Georgian College in 2017 to earn a marine technician certification and enjoyed working at Cooks Bay marina with his friend Fred. He enjoyed fishing, camping and home improvement projects.
He was preceded in death by his Dad, Ron Sr. on Dec. 21, 2003. He missed him deeply every single day since his passing. He will always be remembered with much love by his heartbroken Mother Betty Jean Storms , his beloved wife Tammy Storms, and his cherished daughter Lindsay Ann (Christopher) Gummerson. He will be missed very much by his close cousin Kim Soucie, his Uncle Frank Kenny, his mother-in-law Margaret Rockley, his sister-in-law Stacey Cameron, his brother-in-law Ken Cameron, his niece Madison Cameron, his nephew Brandon Cameron, and a long list of deeply-saddened Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and extended family and friends. He also leaves behind Kona, his sweet 5 year old Golden Retriever who is now missing her special person.
Ron will be cremated, and then buried in Alban Ontario alongside his father and we will have a service and celebration of life to follow; date to be announced once planned. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Alliston humane society or CAMH.
