Bowles, Sherry (nee Spinney)
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie at the age of 67. Sherry was a proud and loving mother to her only child, Wyatt Bowles. She will be greatly missed by her niece Tammy (Dave) Miller and nephew Adam (Shannon) Spinney and their families.
She is predeceased by her husband, Derek Bowles, sister Betty Case (nee Spinney), brother Larry Spinney, nephew Jeffrey Spinney as well as her parents Alva and Phyllis Spinney (nee Pelton).
Sherry grew up in Weston where she and Derek met before relocating to King Township where they built their dream home and raised their son. Over the years they made many lifelong friendships and she will be missed by so many. She was a wonderful mother in the community who was well liked and supportive to any of Wyatt’s friends that entered their home.
A special thank you to her cousin Lorraine (Jim) Harvey for all their love and support throughout the years.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
