Janice Elaine Faulkner

Janice Elaine Faulkner, fondly known as “MomGramma,” passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at the age of 63 years.
Janice had a zest for life and a passion for the outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and camping. She also had a creative spirit, indulging in painting and collecting candles. Janice cherished her time with family, and her love for music and movies brought joy to those around her.
Janice is survived by her beloved husband, Scott, her children John (Jessica) Anderson, Fallyn Anderson, Jenna (Sigfrido) Alcazar, and Erin (Ryan) Soroka, and her twelve adored grandchildren, Jacob, Ethan, Rylee, Jaxon, Ebony, Dorian, Emma-Leah, Ava, Quetzal, Eden, Roman and Corban. She will also be deeply missed by her siblings Joanne, John (Cherie), and Wayne (Lee Anne), along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Lylas Gwin.
The family would like to express their gratitude to all those who offered love, support, and prayers during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Janice’s memory can be made to the charity of one’s choice.
Janice will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and unwavering love for her family. She will be dearly missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to join Janice’s family in Celebration of her Life at Lindale Community Hall, Township Road 494, Lindale, Alberta on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
