At Meadow Park Nursing Home, Chatham, on Tuesday February 7th, 2023, Shirley Wood of Chatham passed away in her 79th year. Cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Evelyn Lamarsh. Mother of Joe. Dear sister of Joe Lamarsh, Rick Lamarsh, and Gloria Haderer. Predeceased by her siblings Donna Jean Bannister, Gary Lamarsh, and Brenda Ouimette. Family and friends are invited to the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home, 245 Wellington West, Chatham, 519-352-2710 on Monday February 13th, 2023, with visiting from 11:30 am to 1 pm. The funeral service for Shirley will follow at 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Paul McPhail officiating. Cremation to follow. Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider the Salvation Army (Salvation Army Chatham-Kent Ministries) and the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.
