Passed away peacefully at Alexander Place, Waterdown on Monday, April 22, 2024 in her 93rd year. Loving daughter of the late Sanford and Lena Ferguson. Loved mother of Jim (Beth) of Golden Lake and Nancy (Gary) Fleet of Carlisle. Eleanor is survived by her sister Evelyn (Jerome) Otten and brother-in-law Griff MacDonald; predeceased by her siblings Annie (Shellard) Calder, John Ferguson, Wilma MacDonald, and her brother-in-law Dale Otten. Loved grandmother of Scott (Jessica), Andrea (Andrew), Amanda (Brian), Samantha (Andrew), Adam (Heather) and Ben; great-grandmother of 9 great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 2-4 p.m. followed with interment Strabane Cemetery. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Strabane Cemetery Board would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Please sign the Tribute Wall.
