Linda will be deeply missed by her husband, Barry Hourie and her two sons: Philip Hourie and Colin Hourie; Her siblings: Gail Schuler (Gary), Wayne Agnew (Sophia) and Diana Jahelka (Agnew); as well by a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends.

Linda was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta, on December 3rd, 1954, she then moved to Fort McMurray in 1967, and has made it her home ever since. She later met the love of her life, Barry, and then shortly after started their family and welcomed two sons, who were Linda’s pride and joy. Linda’s love, support, kindness and understanding will be deeply missed. She was an amazing woman who had so much love for her family. We will miss her everyday and she will forever be in our hearts.
The family would like to thank all staff, nurses and doctors at the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre for taking care of Linda; not only this time but during every hospital stay.
