Dale Brown Obituary
BROWN, Dale (1948 – 2024)
In loving memory of a beautiful man. Dale passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at the age of 75 years, with his little sister by his side. Dale was born in Barrie, Ontario, to parents Cliff and Pat Brown (both predeceased). He was a loving father of Jeb and Adam and the much-loved brother of Arthur (Jean predeceased), Valerie (Mike MacKelvie) and Pat (Peter Cundari). Dale was a special uncle to Dawn, Kent and Kerry Mackelvie, Cliff Brown (predeceased), Alex and Christian Cundari. Special thanks to Kent for helping to make his last weeks more comfortable.
Dale was an avid reader and historian and was involved for many years with pioneer reenactments and black powder shooting. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, avid outdoorsman, loved adventures and road trips, especially to the East Coast and through Kentucky and Tennessee. He also enjoyed quiet contemplation in his garden. Dale was so pleased when his Rockview Towers family created a beautiful memorial for him. Dale’s family thanks you for this tribute.
Thank you to his wonderful friends who visited him so often, helping him to pass the time with love and laughter. Special thanks to the fourth-floor North nurses and psw’s at Health Sciences North and the kind and caring staff and volunteers at Maison McCulloch Hospice.
