It is with great sadness that we share the peaceful passing of Tim Whelan on Thursday, April 4, 2024 surrounded by his family at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, in his 70th year.
Tim is survived by his beloved wife and life partner of 47 years Nancy. Loving father to Mark (Christine) and Trevor (Heather). Proud papa to Layne and Landon. Predeceased by his parents, Liam and Eleanor Whelan and brother Neil. Dear brother to Tom (Jackie) and Colleen (Peter) Robertson, and brother-in-law to Louise Whelan. Tim will forever be remembered by his many nieces and nephews, extended family, and life-long friends. After Tim retired from 31 years at Honda, he loved to fill his time with a game of golf.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
