It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Clare Searson at St. Joseph’s Lifecare on Monday March 25, 2024, in his 89th year. Beloved Husband of Betty (nee Semple) for 56 years. Loving Father of Tim (the late Shelley-2024) Searson and Marlene (Eric) Renkema. Cherished Grandfather of Carley, Avery and Nick Renkema. Dear Brother of Darryl Searson. Clare was predeceased by his parents George and Nelena (nee Higgins) and brothers Harley (2019) and Carlyle (2020).
Clare was a dedicated member of the Scotland Masonic Lodge No. 193.
Family & friends will be welcomed at Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street Burford on Wednesday April 3, 2024 from 6-8 p.m. A Celebration of Clare’s Life will be held on Thursday April 4, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Fairfield Cemetery.
