It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Incoronata Terrigno (Vespoli), on February 5th, 2023, at the age of 87. She is pre-deceased by her parents Antonio Terrigno and Giovanna Giancola, her brother Gennaro and her loving and devoted husband of 68 years Orlando.
Beloved and cherished mother to Giovanni (Caterina) and Antonio (Susan). Devoted grandmother to Nadia (Nicola), Sabrina (Carlo), Vanessa (Kevin), Julian (Jenn) and Enrico (Julie). She will also be deeply missed by her great-grandchildren Massimo, Stefano, Gianna, Orlando, Noah and Giuliano. She will be fondly remembered by her sisters Luisa (Michele), Maria (late Alessandro), her sister-in-law Elisabetta and brother-in-law Pasquale (Cristina), nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends.
Incoronata was born in a small town called Macchiagodena in Italy. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who took great joy in caring and spending time with her family. She shared her love through cooking and baking fantastic meals for her family and would always put others needs before her own. Incoronata was a devoted wife who loved her husband Orlando immensely and was heart broken after his death.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday February 9, 2023 from 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm, and Friday February 10, 2023 as of 9:30am at the Yves Légaré Complex in Lasalle, 7200 Newman Blvd.
A funeral service will be held on Friday February 10, 2023 at 12pm at Madre di Cristiani Church, 7935, rue Lefebvre, and thence, to the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the LaSalle Hospital for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
