It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Patricia Day on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 in her 85th year.
Born October 15, 1939 to the late Stanley and Margaret Jamieson.
Sister to Tom (Linda), Gerry (Fran) and Tim (Janet) Jamieson.
Loving mother to Mike (Hilda) and Jim (Julie) Hopkins.
Predeceased by David Hopkins (2006) and John Day (2010).
Loving grandmother to Emily (Steven), Braeden (Magic), Allison (Brady), Amy, Tyler, Sara (Matt), Heather and April and great-grandmother to five.
Pat retired after 30 plus years with Sears Canada, retiring from the Chatham store.
Pat was a member of the former Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 28 in Chatham for years and was on the board of the Ladies Auxiliary.
She was a very big part of the band “The Pub Crawlers” helping them in many ways.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Legion Poppy Fund or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
