Eldon Glen Schickerowsky Obituary
It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved father Eldon Schickerowsky who passed away March 12, 2024 at the age of 71 years.
Eldon is survived by his daughter Kristi (Jody) Hemmings, grandsons Jordan and Hayden, son Tyler Schickerowsky (Alex), brother Arnold (Elaine) Schickerowsky, sister Helen Lund and aunt Thea Williams along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Eldon was predeceased by his parents Ernest and Audrey Schickerowsky, siblings Marlene Strain, June Riley and Robert Nelson as well as numerous uncles and aunts.
At Eldon’s request a private cremation will take place and there will be no service.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to St. Mary’s Hospital Emergency staff, Stars Air Ambulance, U of A Emergency Staff and Unit 5E4 staff for their excellent care of Eldon in his final days.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Eldon’s memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
