Sadly, we announce the passing of Shirley Grace Boggs (nee Hedge). She passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 2, 2024, at 93 years young. Predeceased by her loving husband Roy (2013), daughter Janice Houle (2017), and sons Martin (2021) and Thomas (1972). She is survived by her daughters Billie Jean (Dana) Daigneau, Evelyn (Peter) McKeon, Beverly Ouellette, Catherine Petahtegoose, and sons Edwin and Richard Boggs, and son-in-law Gerald Houle. She is the cherished grandmother of thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. Her gentle spirit and genuine warmth touched everyone she met. Shirley will be dearly missed but fondly remembered for her compassion and kindness. Many thanks to the staff of The Meadows of Wheatley and Tilbury Manor Nursing Home for your care of Shirley. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
