Dorla Jean Bostad Obituary
Passed away peacefully on February 26, 2024, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Bostad; daughter of the late Arthur and Ethel Boomhour; sister of the late June Gumbinger, the late Jack Boomhour, Barb Hamilton, the late Betty Norton, and the late Carol Vincent. Sadly missed by daughter Christine (Steve), son Mark, and daughter Pamela (Kimber). Missed by granddaughter Jennifer Holmes (Ron) and grandsons Billy (Emma), and Robbie Bostad. Remembered by great-grandsons Leo and Charlie Holmes. Fondly remembered by numerous other relatives, family, and friends. Longtime resident of Kingston and member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. She loved walking and keeping track of her steps and now has taken her final walk into the arms of God. Interment to take place in the spring at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens.
