David Jessie Freeman Gould
DJ, 31 of Moncton, passed away peacefully with his loving father (Dale) by his side on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at The Moncton Hospital.
DJ was a dedicated employee at A1 Lumpers for the past 12 years.
Dj’s favorite role was being a father. He loved nothing more than spending time with Amelia and making memories with her. Dj was a very hard worker, a kind soul and above all an amazing father and husband. He lived everyday for his daughter and wife and provided everything they needed in life. When DJ had down time he loved to play with his daughter and dogs, make bread, prepare meals for his family, and play video games on his computer. He loved spending time with his friends and family and loved helping anyone he could.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Dominique (Ibbitson), cherished daughter Amelia, mother Tammy Gould, Brother Pat Nutter; His bonus parents Dale and Elise Ibbitson; Muma Pegs, Peggy Leger; brother in law Mathieu Richard (Natasha), nieces Cleo and Kaelyn, nephew Karsyn, grampy Lounsbury, David Lounsbury and loving family and cherished friends.
DJ was predeceased by his grandmother Alice Lounsbury.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Centennial Lodge (Date and time to be announced). Arrangements have been entrusted to Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Rd. Moncton, 1657 Mountain Rd. Moncton, NB (506-858-1995).
Memorial donations may be made to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital (Neurology Department).
