In loving memory of Trudy (Gertrude) Koopmans, who peacefully passed away on February 21 in her 89th year. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Don, and daughter, Trudy.
Mom lived life to the fullest, maintaining her independence in her own home until her final months. She leaves behind a cherished legacy embraced by her children: Leo (Wendy), Margaret (Kevin), Susan (Jack), Donald, and Sonya (Rick), as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Our heartfelt thanks extend to the dedicated nurses at RVH for their unwavering care during Mom’s stay. We are profoundly grateful to the compassionate team at Simcoe Hospice for providing comfort and tranquility in her final hours.

Trudy will forever remain in our hearts, her spirit shining brightly in our memories and the love she shared with us all.
