Obituary of Dorothy Flynn
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Dorothy “Dotty” Flynn in her 92nd year.
Dorothy was born in Simcoe on September 9th, 1932, where she happily grew up alongside her close and loving family. She met the man of her dreams, Robert Flynn, got married, and resided in Tillsonburg until moving to Mount Brydges. Her vibrant spirit touched countless lives, leaving behind a legacy of laughter and cherished memories. May her zest for life inspire us all to embrace each day with joy and compassion. Though she may have bid farewell to the earthly journey, her light will continue to shine brightly in our hearts forever.
Dorothy will be greatly missed by her two children Rodney (Jenny) and Sherry (Owen), who she loved withal her heart, her grandchildren Jason (Jill), Erin (dan), Chad (Jasmine), and her sister Martha (Phillip). She will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents Magdelina and Jan, her husband Robert, and her siblings Nellie (Camiel), Peter (Jesse), Abraham (Maxine), William (Doreen), Tonna, and Patsy (Bud).
At Dorothy’s request cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Dotty’s Life will be held at a later date.
