On February 17, 2024, Mrs. Katie Harasem passed away in St. Paul, Alberta at the age of 89 years. She is survived by 3 sons, Dwayne (Darlene), Benny (Brenda) & Darrell (Teena); 2 daughters, Betty (Walt) Czuroski & Wanda (Dennis) Bacque; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren & 8 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Philip Tkachuk; sister-in-law, Mildred Tkachuk; brother & sister-in-law, Victor & Diane Harasem; numerous nieces & nephews. Katie was predeceased by her husband, William Harasem; parents, Jefim & Epistimia Tkachuk; 3 brothers, Walter, Paul & Andre; 3 sisters, Fanny Wojcik, Pauline Fedchuk & Annie Tkachuk; niece, Tanya Harasem. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 24 at 11:00 a.m. at R.C.M.P. Century Hall, Glendon.
