Dale passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 15, 2024 at Copper Terrance in Chatham, Ontario. Dale was the son of the late Gordon Gray and Ethel (nee Mills), and the brother of Cheryl Dickinson (nee Gray) (Bill). Dale was the father of Courtney Gray (Teryn), Dwayne Gray and Robert Gray.
Dale will be greatly missed by his 3 grandchildren Riley, Kaelee and Huxley. He is survived by a nephew and niece. Dale will also be missed by his Best Bud Flash.
Dale was retired from the Canadian Armed Forces, he enjoyed playing and watching hockey. Go Leafs! He also had many adventures as a long haul truck driver across Canada and United States. He brought many smiles to children’s faces, dressing up as Santa Claus.
Those wishing to make a memorial donation are asked to donate to your local animal rescue-shelter.
We encourage everyone to come join his family to celebrate his life on March 3rd, 2024 from 1pm – 3pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 642, 39 William Street North, Chatham ON.
