Susan “Sue” Stevens Obituary
Sue passed away on February 10, 2024 at The Moncton Hospital after a sudden, but fierce battle with cancer. She was born dancing to the beat of her own drum. She loved her family, her camp in Churchill, her cat, Lucy; and biking and snowmobiling when she was younger. Sue was an avid bowler and did so up until a few months ago. But mostly she loved to have a good game of cards, with a drink of rum and to win, which is usually what happened. Recently she said she was going to heaven to play cards with Mom.
She was born on March 11, 1948 to the late Walter and Ruth (Robinson) Little.
She is survived by her three sons, Robert Stevens (Amanda) and his sons, Jesse and Hunter; Trevor Stevens (April) and his children, Kathleen, Cody, Jada, Riley and Quintyn; and Peter Stevens (Brooke) and his children, Gage and Violet; also, a bonus grandchild, Bailey.
In addition to her children and grandchildren, Sue will be sadly missed by her sisters, Peggy Hewitson (Bob) and Mary Little (Larry Henry); her brother, David Little (Michelle); as well as nieces and nephews; and the father of her children, Robert Stevens; as well as her many extended family members and friends.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (506-858-1995) on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Interment will take place in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
